Job Description

The ideal candidate will perform accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth by inputting invoices, transactions, expenses, and payroll processing. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses.
• Perform administrative support functions.
• Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports.
• Assist with AP / AR / Reconciliations as assigned.
• Maintain a time tracking system daily.
• Manage front counter and be the first contact for inquiries/questions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in Accounting.
• Payroll Experience preferred.
• Quickbooks Experience Required (!!)
• Microsoft Office Experience Required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
