Who We Are
Since 2005, we’ve been committed to providing resilience-focused medical and behavioral health care for young people (ages 10–25+). Our practice blends the scope of family medicine with a focus on adolescents and young adults, addressing a broad range of primary care needs—from acute illnesses and chronic disease management to reproductive health (e.g., medical gynecology, contraceptive counseling, LARC placement), sports medicine, nutritional counseling, and college transition support.
We also specialize in managing chronic conditions such as developmental disabilities, autism, and POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), ensuring our patients receive the comprehensive care they need.
But what truly sets us apart is our integrated behavioral health approach—a cornerstone of our practice. Our physicians work side by side with therapists, dietitians, and other specialists to provide comprehensive, coordinated care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and more. If you’re passionate about a holistic, team-based approach to medicine, you’ll feel right at home with us.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for curious, conscientious, and team-oriented physicians who love working with adolescents, young adults, and their families. Whether you come from a background in pediatrics, adolescent medicine, or family medicine, if you have experience (or a strong interest) in this field, we’d love to mentor and grow alongside you.
We also offer teaching opportunities through partnerships with UT Southwestern and Texas A&M, so if education and mentorship excite you, there’s plenty of room to engage.
Why Join Us?
Work-Life Balance – Flexible scheduling (typically 60–80% time) with generous vacation flexibility. Limited Call Responsibilities – Phone-only coverage (about one evening per week and one weekend per month). Hospitalists handle admissions so we can focus on outpatient care. Collaborative Culture – A supportive, team-oriented environment where professional growth is encouraged. Path to Partnership – Physicians dedicated to long-term relationships and practice development may explore partnership opportunities after 2–5 years.
