**Position: Leasing Agent/Assistant to Property Manager**

**Location:** Cincinnati OH.

**Salary:** $17 per hour + Commission

**Job Description:**
As a Leasing Agent/Assistant to Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with leasing activities while also providing support in managing our rental properties. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both leasing and property management while contributing to the success of our team.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with showcasing properties to potential tenants and conducting property tours.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with leads to schedule viewings.
- Prepare and process lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with leasing agents to negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating property listings and coordinating advertising campaigns.
- Help organize and participate in promotional events and open houses.
- Support the Property Manager in daily operational tasks, such as rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
- Assist with property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
