Position Overview:
We're seeking a motivated, bilingual Associate Attorney who's ready to hit the ground running. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to represent clients from day one, making court appearances and handling cases with confidence. Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court for routine hearings, bond matters, plea negotiations, and status conferences.
Draft persuasive legal documents, such as pretrial intervention requests, grand jury packets, and appellate briefs.
Manage cases with a good level of autonomy, while receiving guidance from the supervising attorney when needed.
Conduct client consultations, convey plea offers, and provide sound legal advice on options.
Engage with potential clients via phone, Zoom, and occasional in-person meetings, converting leads into clients.
Actively participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and weekly team meetings.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in criminal law (prosecution or defense).
Willingness to make court appearances across Texas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
