Your Mission?

To scout top talent, build relationships that last beyond the lecture hall, and show students why joining the Wisenbaker team is the best decision they'll ever make.

How Will You Contribute?

  • Lead the day-to-day recruiting process for internship and entry-level roles within assigned region by partnering with internal staff to ensure a quality candidate experience. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing candidate information and applicant tracking metrics.
  • Develop strong, trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned area of responsibility, including hiring managers, senior leadership, and University staff.
  • Partner with University Liaisons at select colleges/universities to build and maintain relationships with university career centers and placement offices, related student organizations, and university faculty.
  • Participate in various events (virtual & on-campus) such as career fair, presentations, and other student networking/informational events, including identifying and preparing for events.
  • Blow up the current College Recruiting Program and bring some fresh ideas to make it better.

The Secret Sauce to Succeed?

  • 1+ years of hands-on recruiting experience.
  • Seasonal travel is required based on university event scheduling.
  • A passion for influence, conversation, and company pride!
  • Experience in the recruitment of professional-level personnel within the company or within a technically demanding volume-based environment required.
  • Passion for recruiting, strong perceptive abilities, and client service ethics, as well as ability to foster positive client relationships and satisfy recruiting needs.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System a plus.
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through abilities as well as a strong sense of urgency, discretion and confidentiality are indispensable in this position.
