  Location : Hybrid (Midtown Atlanta, Monday–Thursday in office; Friday remote)

Employment Type : Full-time

AdvizorPro is a fast-growing SaaS company powering sales and marketing teams in the financial services space. We work with asset managers, wealthtech platforms, and service providers to help them identify, connect with, and convert their ideal customers.

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with 3–5 years of experience in SaaS—ideally with a background in the wealthtech or asset management space. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering meaningful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end client experience post-sale, including onboarding, support, training, and renewals
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as their strategic advisor
  • Drive product adoption, usage, and measurable value for each account
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, regularly sharing feedback with product and operations teams
  • Manage a dynamic book of accounts with a high degree of responsiveness and professionalism

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role at a SaaS company
  • Experience in or familiarity with the wealth management, wealthtech, or asset management space is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong client-first mindset with a proven track record of delivering results and building long-term relationships
  • High level of initiative and ownership—comfortable working in a growing, evolving organization
