Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Ad Specialist who is excited to advance their digital marketing career in a supportive, tight-knit environment. In this role, you will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising campaigns for a diverse set of clients across different industries.

You will work extensively with the Meta and LinkedIn ad platforms, along with Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Advertising. From initial account builds to ongoing campaign management and weekly optimizations, you’ll leverage data-driven insights to boost ROI and elevate our clients’ online presence. A passion for analytics, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Accounts : Build, optimize, and oversee multiple digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Weekly/Monthly Optimizations: Follow our established optimization process to ensure each account remains up to date, including adjusting bids, refreshing creative assets, refining targeting, and seeking necessary approvals.

  • Budget Management & Strategy : Planning and adjusting budgets for multiple campaigns or ad sets to maximize ROI across various audience segments. Monitoring cost-per-result metrics (e.g., cost per lead, cost per purchase) and making strategic decisions about bid caps or campaign scaling.

  • Creative Development & A/B Testing : Running split tests (A/B or multivariate) for creative, audiences, and ad copy to continuously refine campaign performance.

  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation : Creating and refining custom and lookalike audiences based on user behavior, demographics, and interests (e.g., remarketing, custom lists, engagement-based, etc.).

  • Keyword Research & Analysis : Conduct thorough keyword and market research using industry tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor) to maximize campaign visibility and ROI.

  • Strategic Account Management : Exercise independent judgment in creating and modifying campaigns to align with client goals, such as improving ROI, brand exposure, or awareness.

  • Client & Team Communication : Serve as the point of contact for assigned accounts, providing performance reports, strategic insights, and recommendations to both clients and internal team members.

  • KPI Tracking & Reporting : Identify and track key performance indicators, promptly communicating performance updates or concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and optimize results when metrics fall below targets.

  • Professional Development : Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Participate in internal training to continually refine and expand your optimization skills.

  • Content Contributions : Occasionally contribute to blog posts or other educational materials to help inform and engage clients.

Additional Tasks : Assist with related duties as assigned to support overall team and client success.

Qualifications

  • Required

*High School Diploma or equivalent

*Minimum of 2 years experience of advertising experience on Meta and LinkedIn

*Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple OS

*Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

*Ability to balance independent tasks with collaborative teamwork

*Excellent time management and attention to detail

*Eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship

  • Preferred (“Extra Points” if you have)

*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or

*Relevant PPC experience

*Advanced Excel skills

*Meta Ads Certification

*Google Ads Certification (Fundamentals, Search)

*Experience with:

■ Digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, AdRoll, etc.)

■ Ad creative (imagery, copywriting)

■ Client or account management

■ CMS or analytics software, and project management tools

■ Auditing client accounts

*Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

*Familiarity with Monday.com, Slack, Google Drive, Loom, etc.)
