The Employment Development Department's Human Resource Services Division's (HRSD) Health Management Group (HMG) is looking for a motivated, creative team member to join our team.

The Health Management Group is looking for a customer-oriented, motivated individual, with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to join our Health Management team. In this role, you will work directly with Departmental staff and managers to provide guidance on various Health Services programs including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and the Reasonable Accommodation program (RA). As a Health Management Consultant, you will work closely with other Human Resources partners including the Labor Relations team, the Personnel Management Group, the Legal office, and the Equal Employment Opportunity office.
