Job Title: Medical Receptionist

Location: Arlington, MA

Pay Rate: $23.50 - $24 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team in Arlington, MA. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a medical or office setting, along with strong computer, phone, and technology skills. Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and appointment scheduling is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
• Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars
• Verify insurance information and process patient paperwork
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in a medical or office environment
• Proficiency in computer and technology skills
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Prior experience with EMR systems and scheduling (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
