Job Title: Nonemergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver (Contract/1099) Company: Attaboys, Inc. Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Sandstone, MN for vehicle maintenance Hiring Areas: Cambridge, MN; Mora, MN; North Branch, MN; and cities along the corridor between Sturgeon Lake, MN, and Duluth, MN.

About Us: Attaboys, Inc. provides essential Nonemergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services for Medical Assistance (MA) members and pre-paid medical assistance plan (PMAP) members, ensuring safe, cost-effective rides to and from nonemergency medical appointments. Responsibilities

As a NEMT driver, you will:

• Ensure prompt arrival at pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Maintain strong communication with both customers and dispatch to coordinate timing and support.
• Engage with our software platform to track hours and communicate with your team throughout the day.
• Assist passengers from their residence or pick-up location to the vehicle when needed.
• Help passengers enter and exit the vehicle, secure seat belts, and accompany them to medical appointment desks if required.

Business cell phone provided for on-the-go communication and software access.

While most of our passengers can manage independently, you’ll have clear instructions in your trip notes when additional support is needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour, with an increase to $16 per hour after completing STS training.
• Bonuses Available:
• Early morning pick-ups (prior to 5 AM)
• Evening pick-ups (8:30 PM or later)
• Saturday shifts
• Picking up shifts on a usual day off
• Additional Benefits:

• Assigned vehicle to keep at home
• No out-of-pocket expenses—fuel card provided for all job-related fuel needs
• Performance Reviews with potential increases at 90 days, then annually.

Requirements

• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License
• Clean driving record (past 3+ years)
• Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and fingerprinting, as we serve vulnerable adults
• Completion of a 16-hour STS training course and an STS driving physical
• All onboarding expenses are covered by Attaboys, Inc.
