The Citterio USA Front Office and Accounting Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience at the reception area. The role involves administrative, customer service, and organizational responsibilities to support the overall function of the office.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
(a) Completion of a high school, or general equivalency diploma; and,
(b) Two (2) year in office administration background with a broad knowledge of Microsoft Office of specialized education in an office administration program; or
(c) Equivalent combination of education and experience.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
Telephone, personal computer (including Microsoft Office products), fax machine, and copy machine.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often sitting, but occasional walking, bending, or reaching to retrieve or file documents and supplies. The employee is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email.
