What We’re Looking For
  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Technical knowledge to operate machinery
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shift
  • Ability to lift, twist, bend, and stand for the duration of the shift
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, twist, bend, and stand for extended periods
What You’ll Do as an Operations Lead
  • Foster a safe work culture through active mentoring and employee engagement
  • Ensure adherence to MAU Personnel Conduct Rules and Kimberly-Clark policies
  • Perform regular safety audits and ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Communicate work assignments, priorities, and shift turnovers effectively
  • Identify training needs and escalate them to supervisors or superintendents
  • Address workforce improvement areas and report concerns to supervisors
  • Notify supervisors/superintendents of any employee absences
  • Conduct quality reviews of employee performance
  • Observe and report safety concerns, violations, and housekeeping issues
  • Promptly report any issues related to safety, damage, or workplace conditions to supervisors
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
