Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations of the Rhyolite plant to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Manage and lead a team of plant employees, fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet company targets, with a production volume of 1.7 million tons per year.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Optimize plant processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Physical Demands of the Job

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
