We want to treat every guest, event & court reservation as if they were a table at a relaxed fine dining restaurant.

Hospitality background. Great examples include; High end Gym/Recreational Membership Facilities, Country Clubs, Restaurants.

Pickleball/Tennis Background: Loving the game is a huge plus, even better if you are a Certified Coach or have experience running leagues/tournaments.

Customer Service: We have a thriving private event business, looking for someone to take lead from a hospitality perspective here & help continually eleveate our catering/cafe operation from a FOH side. We have partnered with Honey Butter Fried Chicken & will be opening a full restaurant by end of year. This is the PERFECT time to get your foot in the door. 

Bonus: Culinary/Bartending experience is also a benefit. + BASSET Certification & Food Handler's Certificate are required

Growth: We are already looking at a 2nd location as well as many other offshoots. Massive growth potential within this organization.
This will be additional compensation tied to executing private events/Cafe Operations.

Job Description:
- Handle transactions and operate Toast POS
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Top end hospitality to all of our clients with a focus on private events.
- Retail Sales experience, inventory, Toast POS 
- FoodHandler's Certificate
- BASSET Certification required
- Will be Expected to work  Nights & Weekends.

Compensation:
- City of Chicago Paid Sick Leave & Paid Time Off 
- Additional Compensation with Private Event, primarily Gratuities.

- $20/Hour to Start, with Potential for Additional Event Compensation 

Day in The Life (This Varies):

- Arrive @ 3:00PM. 
- Debrief with F&B Manager about Daily Event BEO's & any Specialized Pickleball Programming
- 3:30-6:00 Lead Server for Private Event (Set Up Banquet Buffet, Take Orders, Assist Bar, Breakdown)
- 6:00 - 6:30 Reset the Space & Set Up for Event Buyout (Clean, Check guests in, Help Bar Restock)
- 6:30 - 9:30 Lead Event Server (Jump in to teach pickleball rules, Checks throughout the space & ensure guests have a great time!)

9:30 - Close Enjoy Your night!
