Job Summary:

PTS Advance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle-from concept and planning through to execution and closeout. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing complex projects in a fast-paced, technical environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving project success in areas such as safety, quality, budget, scheduling, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the execution of Design-Only, EPC, Construction Management, and Program Management projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective utilization of resources across disciplines.
  • Drive adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues.
  • Serve as the principal liaison for client communication, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Lead development of proposals, scope documents, budgets, and schedules in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
  • Monitor project performance metrics including cost forecasts, progress reports, and work breakdown structures.
  • Implement and maintain project controls to support project tracking, reporting, and financial health.
  • Guide teams through project risk assessments and mitigation planning in collaboration with risk management.
  • Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance across all phases of project execution.
  • Promote a strong culture of health and safety among project staff and subcontractors.
  • Support business development efforts by cultivating new opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering or construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of project delivery, including client relations, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Deep understanding of project controls, safety standards, QA/QC procedures, and contractual management.
