Property Manager
Memphis, TN
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards
- Develop and implement property management plans and budgets
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities
- Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Professional degree and certifications preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
