Regional Sales Coach – Tri-State Area

Sales Search Partners has partnered with a growing retailer that is seeking a Regional Sales Trainer to lead and develop a dynamic training program for their high-performing sales teams in the Tri-state area. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales training program
• Design engaging training materials and programs that enhance sales performance.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a seamless integration into company culture.
• Partner with managers in the region to assess training needs and implement strategic solutions.
• Support training initiatives for new store openings.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in training, facilitation, or sales coaching.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with sales competencies and training best practices.
• Willingness to travel throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
