Job Summary: 

The Rental Delivery Driver is a critical part of Vail’s Retail and Rental team, delivering a world-class snow sports rental experience to guests in an innovative, safe way! No two days will be the same as you give friendly support and insightful advice to guests from across the country and around the world. You will gain valuable skills by supporting   multiple departments and grow as a leader within our development-focused culture. Those who work alongside you are knowledgeable teammates and leaders eager to learn more and share both their skills and the exceptional experiences working at our Resort can offer. 

  

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.04 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full and Part Time
  • Skill Level: Entry, Intermediate

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fit Boots, Skis, Snowboards and/or Poles to guest satisfaction
  • Ensure guests are well-equipped for a day on the mountain
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
  • Remain current on new industry products and trends while demonstrating knowledge of products
  • Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedure
  • Arrive on time, with proper, clean uniform and appearance
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Drivers License - required
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent - required
  • Provide a satisfactory motor vehicle record; able to drive in winter weather conditions, nighttime driving conditions, and heavy traffic
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
  • Excellent customer service, organization, ability to learn new skills on the job
  • Proficient in MS Office Products; Excel & Word

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.04. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
