Pay: $20/hr - $25/hr (+ opportunity for commissions)

Job description: This entry-level role is ideal for a hungry, driven individual looking to grow in healthcare sales. The right candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships, generate business, and develop their own book of clients.
Responsibilities:
* Client Outreach & Relationship Building - Visit medical offices, senior care facilities, and community organizations to establish and nurture business relationships.
* Sales & Lead Generation - Actively seek out new clients and referral sources to drive business growth.
* Scheduling & Coordination - Assist in scheduling care services for clients and provide administrative support as needed.
* Field Visits & Business Development - Engage in both office-based and in-the-field sales efforts to attract new clientele.
* Trust & Credibility - Become a trusted resource in the healthcare community by demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Medical Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
* Healthcare experience preferred but not required (e.g., Medical Assistant, CNA, or experience working in a hospital/medical setting).
* Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills - personable, professional, and able to engage with clients and partners effectively.
* Highly disciplined and self-motivated, with the ability to manage their time and responsibilities efficiently.
