Job Description:  We are seeking a skilled and experienced employee to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in screen printing, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work. This role involves operating screen printing equipment, preparing screens, and ensuring the quality of printed products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Screen Printers in production of high-quality prints on various substrates.
• Mix and match inks to achieve the desired colors and effects.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printing equipment and processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning screens and equipment.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of orders.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
