Senior BIM Coordinator

We’re looking for an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to streamline our team’s existing digital design capabilities. This role is ideal for a BIM specialist who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about leveraging technology to facilitate smooth architecture project delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and optimize BIM models for commercial architecture projects, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout all design phases
• Enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across multiple project teams
• Provide technical leadership, training, and support to architects, designers, and technicians to enhance BIM proficiency
• Coordinate models, ensuring seamless integration between architecture, MEP, and structural disciplines
• Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot model issues, maintain model health, and ensure compliance with client and firm standards
• Stay ahead of industry advancements, evaluating new BIM technologies and strategies to keep our firm at the forefront of digital design

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in an architectural or AEC firm
• Ability to train, mentor, and guide teams in BIM best practices (Revit)
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, and other computational design tools is a plus
• Experience developing custom scripts or plugins to enhance design workflows is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
